Custom metal structures & welded assemblies

Your structure.
Your welded assembly.
Manufactured to your requirements.

Bring the drawing or requirements for your finished structure or welded assembly. ANKO reviews the manufacturing route and coordinates the stages needed to deliver the agreed result.

The finished structure or assembly is the starting point. The manufacturing stages serve that result. Start with one real requirement.

For manufacturers, metalworking companies, industrial suppliers, equipment businesses, contractors and engineering teams.

One real requirement is enough to start

Your finished structure · One agreed requirement

Your finished assembly.
A connected manufacturing workflow.

Your drawing defines the structure or assembly to be delivered. ANKO can coordinate the supported stages against that finished requirement, keeping the manufacturing handovers connected.

When you coordinate separate stages

  • Supplier ACutting
  • Supplier BBending
  • Supplier CMachining
  • Supplier DWelding
  • Supplier EGalvanizing / coating
  • Supplier FHandling / transport

Each interface can mean another handover, schedule or movement to manage. This is an illustrative supplier arrangement.

The alternative for suitable projects

One commercial project contact.

Tell ANKO the manufactured result you need. We review the scope and coordinate the supported manufacturing stages against the approved requirements.

  • Fewer supplier interfaces for you
  • Less coordination burden on your business
  • Continuity through manufacturing and quality control
  • Coordinated packing and delivery

The value is one coordinated manufacturing route with the finished result controlled against your approved requirements.

From the requirement to the finished result

Build the agreed structure.
Connect the required stages.

The actual manufacturing route depends on the project. Only the supported operations needed for your agreed result are included; the stages below explain how the required work can be coordinated.

PRODUCTION REFERENCERequirement / approved drawing
  1. 01

    Prepare and shape

Cutting · Sheet metal cutting · Bending / forming · CNC machining where required

  2. 02

    Join and assemble

    Welding · Assembly

  3. 03

    Finish and treat

Grinding / finishing · Galvanizing · Painting · Powder coating, as required

Quality control follows the agreed manufacturing workflow.

Approved requirements → manufacturing stage(s) → control → further stages as needed

VERIFY THE RESULT

Final quality control

Verification against approved project requirements before packing and dispatch.

COMPLETE THE AGREED ROUTE

Packing / delivery

Coordinated packing and delivery to your specified destination.

Project review determines the operations, their order and technical fit. Surface-treatment options are selected for the particular project, rather than assumed to be required together.

Use the support you actually need

Define the structure.
Choose the manufacturing scope.

You do not need to move your entire production or have a large project to start a conversation.

PART OF YOUR ASSEMBLY

Selected work toward your result

Discuss welding or bending capacity while the rest of the manufacturing remains with you.

CONNECTED MANUFACTURING

The stages your structure needs

For example, cutting + bending + welding + finishing. The combination and sequence remain subject to project review.

FINISHED STRUCTURE / ASSEMBLY

The agreed finished result

Share your drawing/specification and discuss a route to the finished manufactured component, assembly or structure.

Approved requirements. Clear responsibility.

ANKO is responsible for manufacturing conformity in your order across the coordinated manufacturing route. If an item deviates from the approved technical documentation due to the manufacturing side, it is remade to that documentation. Responsibility follows the source of the error.

Internal quality control follows the requirements of your specific job and the technical documentation approved for production.

Production-progress photographs and video are available on request. Relevant certificates and supporting documentation applicable to the proposed work can be reviewed before final agreement or the start of your project. Unless otherwise agreed, transport from Serbia to your specified EU delivery address can be organised as part of the project quotation.

Your business keeps its customer relationship, commercial positioning and project control. ANKO acts as the manufacturing support behind your company.

Whether you are subcontracting overflow work or coordinating a product for your own customer, our role is to support your agreed manufacturing requirement.

Another requirement we can discuss

Need only the welding work?

A defined welding workload can be reviewed separately when you do not need the complete assembly manufactured.

You know the result. We can review the route.

Start with one real project.

Share a drawing, specification or reference photographs and whatever requirements you have. Quantities, materials, required stages, delivery destination and a target date are helpful when known.

You do not need to know the complete manufacturing route before contacting us.

We review the manufactured requirement and discuss an appropriate supported route. Start with the information you have.

Not ready with a drawing? Send what you have.

We clarify the requirements and confirm technical feasibility, the manufacturing route and commercial terms for your actual requirement.
