Sheet metal components · B2B subcontract manufacturing

Your drawing.
Your component.
Additional capacity when you need it.

Send your sheet-metal drawing or component requirement. ANKO determines the manufacturing route and coordinates production and delivery for your business.

Support alongside your existing production or suppliers, without immediately expanding your factory for this workload.

For sheet metal businesses, manufacturers, equipment companies, industrial suppliers, contractors and fabricators.

One component · One current requirement

Where external manufacturing makes sense

Keep your production.
Add another route for the component.

You may already have your own products, customers, drawings and manufacturing workflow. ANKO is an option for the component workload you want to produce externally.

It can support your existing production and sourcing approach, without requiring you to replace it.

01

Your production capacity is full

A current workload or new project needs capacity your internal schedule cannot presently provide.

02

This workload does not justify new equipment

You want to review an external route before permanently increasing internal manufacturing capacity.

03

A component needs another manufacturing source

You are considering selected subcontract work or an additional source alongside current production and suppliers.

Four practical reasons to discuss a component

A defined workload.
The right manufacturing fit.

Choose the cooperation model that fits your component requirement.

01 · OVERFLOW CAPACITY

Support when production is full

Review a defined component workload for external production when your own capacity is temporarily committed.

02 · PROJECT-SPECIFIC

A component for one project

Discuss a defined component or component family for project-specific subcontract manufacturing.

03 · RECURRING PRODUCTION

A repeat requirement

Review whether suitable component work can form a recurring external production relationship.

04 · ADDITIONAL SOURCE

Another route alongside your own

Consider an additional manufacturing source without replacing your internal production or existing suppliers.

The component stays at the centre

Cut only.
Or include the stages your component needs.

Sheet metal cutting and bending / forming can be reviewed alongside additional supported operations where the component requires them. The actual route depends on the project; these are illustrative scopes, not mandatory steps.

DEFINED SCOPE

Cut component

Sheet metal cutting to the approved requirement.

ADDITIONAL STAGE

Cut + formed component

Bending / forming where the component requires it.

FURTHER WORK, IF REQUIRED

Machined, welded or assembled

CNC machining, welding or assembly where supported for the particular component.

FINISHED RESULT, IF REQUIRED

Finished / coated component

Grinding / finishing and an appropriate reviewed surface-treatment scope.

Quality control through the agreed component workflow.

Approved requirements → selected manufacturing stages → control → final verification → packing / delivery

Approved requirements. Clear responsibility.

ANKO is responsible for manufacturing conformity in your order across the coordinated manufacturing route. If an item deviates from the approved technical documentation due to the manufacturing side, it is remade to that documentation. Responsibility follows the source of the error.

Internal quality control follows the requirements of your specific job and the technical documentation approved for production.

Production-progress photographs and video are available on request. Relevant certificates and supporting documentation applicable to the proposed work can be reviewed before final agreement or the start of your project. Unless otherwise agreed, transport from Serbia to your specified EU delivery address can be organised as part of the project quotation.

Customer drawings, models and technical documentation are treated as confidential business information. An NDA can be accepted before you provide confidential technical documentation.

Capacity behind your business

Your customer remains your customer.

For companies producing components for their own customers, ANKO acts as manufacturing support behind the European business.

You retain the customer relationship, commercial positioning and project control. We coordinate the agreed manufacturing support for your component requirement.

Another requirement we can discuss

Does your component require dedicated tooling?

We can review the tooling requirement as part of the proposed manufacturing route.

One component is enough to begin a review

Start with one real component.

Send one current sheet metal component, drawing or production requirement. We review the available information, identify what is missing and discuss whether the work fits available manufacturing capability.

No need to transfer your entire production. No need to prepare a large project before contacting us.

Start with the information you have; missing details can be clarified.

Not ready with a drawing? Send what you have.

We clarify the requirements and confirm technical feasibility, the manufacturing route and commercial terms for your actual requirement.
